Confirmation by the product's call centre

Sending a contact request does not place an order. Before you accept an order, ask the product's call centre to confirm delivery to your address, the expected timeframe, any delivery charge and the total amount payable.

Payment on delivery

Payment is made when you receive the product. This site does not collect payment or ask for payment card details.

After confirmation

Keep the seller's contact details and the order reference provided during the call. Use them for questions about an accepted order or delivery.
