Before accepting an order

If you want to change or withdraw your request, tell the representative during the confirmation call. Ask the seller to explain its cancellation and return terms before you accept the order.

After an order is confirmed

Contact the seller using the details provided during the call. Keep your order reference and proof of purchase. For an incorrect or damaged product, explain the issue to the seller and follow its instructions before sending anything back. The site publisher’s postal address is not a return address. Obtain the correct return address and instructions from the seller before sending a product back.
