Contact requests

DUSSETIER EI operates slimmingpicks.com and handles contact requests submitted through this site. The product's call centre handles order confirmation.

When you request a call, we use your name, phone number and chosen product to pass the request through Dr.Cash or AdCombo to the product's call centre. The call centre contacts you to discuss and confirm an order. The form does not collect payment card details or create a purchase by itself.

Technical handling

If a request form is available, its server checks the country, product, phone number, duplicate requests and abuse limits. It stores a request identifier, hashed contact and IP values, delivery state and timestamps for incident handling. Technical records are deleted during the next cleanup after they are seven days old. The request database does not store the name or phone number. The supplier receives the contact details needed to handle the request. For AdCombo offers, your IP address is also transmitted for request processing and fraud prevention. The supplier applies its own retention rules after receiving the request. A request with an uncertain delivery status is not automatically sent again.

Your choices

If you accept analytics, Microsoft Clarity receives page URLs and interaction data to help us improve the catalogue. A page URL may reveal the health topic viewed. Contact forms are masked. You can withdraw your choice from Cookie preferences in the footer.
